For customers that wish to make a claim relating on products that have been damaged during transport, incorrect goods received, missing goods or other faults, we advise you politely to make claims within 5 days after receiving your goods.
We do apologize that any claims that are made after 5 days will not be accepted.
To make your claim we would like you to contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or through Whatsapp +852 52862116, by simply providing us your name and a brief description of the faulty item that you ordered, attaching some clear pictures of any damaged or incorrect items.
- Once the items has to fulfill done of the reasons, we will organize for a resend of a brand new item or the correct item, depending on what the problem was.
- It is always the customer's responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
- Returns are only valid for incorrect items, damaged goods and out of date products. We do apologize, but we cannot issue refunds for issues with tastes or with lack of results.
